Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion: Executing in-person marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the brand and its products or services.
Event Management: Organizing and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the company’s offerings.
Customer Interaction: Engaging with potential and existing customers directly, addressing their needs, answering questions, and building relationships.
Lead Generation: Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through direct interaction with customers.
Market Research: Collecting insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by providing promotional material, product demonstrations, and in-field support.
Reporting and Feedback: Providing feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggesting improvements for future initiatives.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and reporting to managers.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple campaigns, events, or initiatives simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Addressing issues in real time, such as customer concerns or logistical challenges.
Knowledge of Marketing: Understanding of basic marketing principles and how to apply them in real-world scenarios.
