Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and build a high-performing sales team from the open market.
Lead, mentor, and train the team to drive their success.
Facilitate policy sales through the team to meet business goals.
Strategize and bring in new business opportunities.
Meet defined targets on a half-yearly and yearly basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (any industry).
Must own a bike for local travel.
Only local candidates will be considered.
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: Up to ₹3.50 LPA + performance-based incentives + additional benefits.
Full-time, on-roll position with the company.
Enjoy a five-day work week with weekends off.
