Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.

• Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve targets.

• Guide and motivate agents to improve performance.

• Monitor agent activity and support them in closing sales.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry compliance.

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• 1–2 years of experience in agency channel sales/ insurance sales, preferably in life insurance.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Local market knowledge and strong network preferred.

• Must have driving license and own vehicle.
