Job Description :
Purpose of the role: The Branch Manager -EV will be the owner of the Store. He will be responsible to run the store operations profitably ensuring all initiatives of Sales, Service and Operations are taken to ensure zero disruption at any point in time. The role encompasses People Management with a prior experience of managing the store and demand generation through the Road Side Activities/ offline activities, ensuring the right customer experience at the time of delivery, store operations and repair and service maintenance.
Skills Required :
● Experience in B2C direct sales
● Experience in People Management, should have handled at least 4-5 people from sales and operations
● Experience in demand generation through the Road Side Activities
● Experience in Store Operations
● Experience in Product demonstration and explanation to Customers
● Organized and systematic management of tasks & data
● Experience in planning & executing promotion activities
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments
● Fluent (written and verbal) in English, Kannada
● Good Excel Skills to help manage the sales and inventory data and also have knowledge to use the Lead Management System (Lead Squared, Salesforce, etc.)
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for Store Operations which includes the following tasks
○ Lead generation through the Hyper local promotional activities and daily road side activities
○ Store Management ensuring the required inventory of vehicle and spares are present in the store
○ Inventory and Data Management ○ Ensuring exceptional delivery experience to the customers ○ Ensuring proper support is provided to the customer
● People Management with the responsibility of their attendance, leave and performance management
● Marketing activities pre-activity(WA Campaign, Leaflets, Notice Board Poster)
● Leads collection during the activity and continuous follow up with the customer
● Leads compilation and passing on to inside sales team post activity and follow-up on any closures if any lead is getting converted
