Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process from application to activation.
Review merchant applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collect, verify, and process required documentation (e.g., KYC, business licenses, bank details).
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure timely onboarding.
Provide merchants with guidance on platform setup, best practices, and troubleshooting during onboarding.
