Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon (Onsite)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in wooden flooring or related building materials industry
Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field sales within the wooden flooring or building materials industry and will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across the Delhi-NCR region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wooden flooring and construction material segment
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to promote products
Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries through field visits and calls
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations to clients
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
Maintain strong after-sales support and long-term customer relationships
Report daily activities and progress to the Sales Manager
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in wooden flooring or building materials sales
Proven track record in B2B or field sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Familiarity with the Delhi-NCR market and client base
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
