At The Computer Guys, we specialize in delivering reliable IT sales and services — including computer and laptop repair, peripherals, networking solutions, CCTV services, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) — for educational institutions, industries, and apartments.
Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base, promote our AMC and IT services, and build long-term relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, field visits, and networking.
Pitch and promote our IT products and AMC services to schools, colleges, apartments, and small businesses.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare proposals and follow up on quotations.
Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to management.
Assist in marketing activities like events, online campaigns, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of IT/computer services is a plus
Must have own vehicle for field visits (preferred)
Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred)
