RESPONSIBILITIES:-
-Maximizing sales turnover and profitability.
-Covering territory and explore, identify and catch opportunities.
-Customer acquisition through visits, telephone, e-mail and industry events.
-Identify and understand end user applications and needs to offer the best solution.
-Conduct market research and look to uncover potential for future through on-going visits to customer and potential customers.
-Market mapping and identifying key customer.
-Preparing presentation and other educational documents.
Minimum Requirement :-
-Diploma in Mechanical based engineering OR Diploma in Rubber Technology OR BBA in Marketing with industrial exposure.
-Very good communication skills and ability to build up and nurture business relationships.
-Experience in technical sales with solid technical understanding.
-Readiness to travel regularly (1-2 weeks/month).
-Knowledge of Indian OEMs in markets such as Construction, Automotive and Industrial machinery is a plus.
-Willingness to learn and challenge your knowledge.
-Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written), any other language is an asset.
-Advance Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
Salary:- ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month + 1% incentive (Negotiable for exceptional candidates).
Education (Minimum Requirement):- Diploma in Mechanical/Rubber Technology OR
BBA in Marketing with industrial exposure.
Work Experience:- 1-3 years in technical/B2B sales (preferably industrial rubber, plastic, or machinery sectors).
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a sales-oriented mindset can be considered.
