Sales & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities for SBI’s retail and corporate products (loans, credit cards, deposits, etc.).
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives.
Establish relationships with key decision-makers in the industry and work on potential partnerships.
Coordinate with the bank's sales and product teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects, focusing on customer retention.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client needs are met.
