We have inhouse team of chartered accountants to evaluate the borrowings and loan requirement of small loan borrowers andassist them in availing loan in a cost- effective manner at optimum interest rate. We provide door step service to our loan borrowers with multiple bank options so that they can avail loan at their convenience and save their precious time and energy in negotiating with banks. We provide complimentary loan consultation service to our clients where they can discuss their existing borrowings and future loan requirements with us and we advise and assist in better debt management so that they save on EMIs/ interest cost.

Designation – Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
Identify and prospect new clients (both individual homebuyers and real estate developers).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online platforms.
Generate sales by actively reaching out to potential customers and offering tailored home loan and mortgage loan products.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan process, from pre-qualification to closing.
Collaboration with Real Estate Professionals:
Partner with real estate agents, property developers, and other industry professionals to drive loan sales.
Attend industry events, networking meetings, and seminars to promote the company’s loan products.
Market Research and Analysis:
Keep up to date with market trends, interest rates, and customer preferences.
Loan Product Knowledge:
Have in-depth knowledge of different types of home loans and mortgage products, such as fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, FHA loans, etc.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
Achieving Targets and Reporting:
Set and achieve sales targets (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
Report on sales progress, pipeline status, and customer feedback to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Home loans or Mortgage Loan sales Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skill in English
Ability to address client concerns and find creative solutions to meet their needs.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
Desired Experience:
Experience in financial services, particularly in home loan or mortgage sales.
A background in real estate or lending could be an advantage.
