Role Objective:
To manage and support a team of existing insurance advisors, focusing on their development, activation, and retention to drive consistent business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Advisor Engagement & Support:
Oversee a portfolio of 15–30 existing advisors, ensuring their continuous engagement and productivity.
Provide regular training sessions to enhance advisors' product knowledge and sales skills.
Monitor advisors' performance metrics and implement strategies to improve their activation rates.
Retention Strategies:
Develop and execute initiatives aimed at retaining high-performing advisors.
Address concerns and challenges faced by advisors to reduce attrition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide necessary support and resources to advisors.
Performance Monitoring:
Track monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets for each advisor.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on advisor performance and retention metrics to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in insurance sales, advisor management, or a related field.
