Job Title: BTL (Below The Line) Officer - TBZ Jewellery

Job Summary:
The BTL Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Below The Line marketing activities aimed at driving customer footfall, increasing sales, and enhancing brand visibility for the TBZ Jewellery showroom. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for engaging with customers in innovative ways.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
Organize and manage in-store events, such as jewellery exhibitions, new collection launches, and customer appreciation events.
Coordinate with external vendors for event setup, catering, and entertainment.
Ensure seamless event execution and a positive customer experience.
Promotional Activities:
Develop and implement in-store promotional campaigns to drive sales (e.g., discounts, special offers, bundled deals).
Manage in-store displays and visual merchandising to attract customers and showcase products effectively.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth implementation of promotions.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and execute customer loyalty programs.
Manage customer databases and communication (e.g., email marketing, SMS campaigns) for targeted promotions and event invitations.
Gather customer feedback and insights to improve BTL activities.
Local Partnerships:
Identify and build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups for cross-promotional opportunities.
Explore opportunities for sponsorships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for BTL activities.
Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of BTL campaigns.
Prepare reports on key metrics, such as footfall, sales, and customer engagement.
Provide recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or sales promotion, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and a passion for developing engaging customer experiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the jewellery industry.
Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
Event management certification.
