We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers through regular field visits and customer engagement.
Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Conduct daily client visits to promote products and services.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams for lead generation.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [your industry, e.g., construction, prefabricated structures, UPVC windows, etc.].
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in field sales or direct selling.
Valid driver’s license, two wheeler and willingness to travel.
