Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support & Loan Journey Assistance Executive to guide customers through their loan application process, resolve queries, and provide excellent support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be fluent in Hindi and English, and have experience in customer service or loan assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Support & Query Resolution:
Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and process-related queries.
Provide accurate information about loan eligibility, interest rates, EMIs, and repayment terms.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
✅ Loan Journey Assistance:
Guide customers through each step of the loan approval process.
Follow up on incomplete applications and ensure a smooth experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate cases if necessary.
✅ Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Provide regular reports on customer queries and loan processing issues.
Suggest process improvements based on customer feedback.
Key Skills & Requirements:
✔️ Languages: Fluency in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
✔️ Experience: 6 months - 3 years in customer support, loan processing, or financial services.
✔️ Education: Any graduate or diploma holder.
✔️ Good knowledge of loan products, banking processes, and financial services.
✔️ Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
