Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our real estate offerings.

Understand client requirements and provide information about available properties that suit their needs.

Schedule appointments for in-person meetings or property site visits with the sales team.

Follow up with leads and potential buyers to ensure continued interest and engagement.

Assist in the preparation of property brochures, offers, and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the team.

Qualifications:

Freshers welcome – no prior experience required.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly tone.
Strong ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships over the phone.
Good understanding of the real estate market and trends (training will be provided).

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with using computers and CRM software (training provided).
Ability to handle rejections positively and remain persistent.
