About the service line – A newly launched B2B marketplace in the intracity logistics

business, aggregating the fragmented supply and generating volume for them from all

kinds of B2B customers (Corporate, SMEs, Agri-commodity traders,etc)

Responsibilities of the role -

1. Identify and onboard customers onto the •Delhivery Direct” App

2. Maintain database of large stores and SMEs in assigned markets

3. Active engagement in markets with businesses via Flyering everyday

4. Identify potential clusters and monitor existing demand patterns

5. Ensure maximum businesses download the Delhivery Direct app

6. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention

7. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

1. 1+ yrs of prior experience in a field sales role

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and result-oriented

approach

4. Familiarity with the logistics industry is preferred
