Promote and sell broadband internet services to individual and business customers.
Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and participate in promotional events.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband plans.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and other marketing activities.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare daily reports on sales activities and performance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth installation and customer onboarding.
Resolve customer queries related to broadband services and escalate issues when necessary.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
1-2 years of field sales experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Basic understanding of internet and broadband technologies is a plus.
Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler.
