Identify and generate new sales leads for broadband services in assigned territory.
Conduct door-to-door visits, telephonic follow-ups, and field sales pitches.
Explain features, advantages, and benefits of broadband plans to prospective customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for up-selling or cross-selling.
Coordinate with the technical team for installation scheduling and service activation.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth sales-to-service transition.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales via CRM tools or reporting sheets.
Participate in promotional events or local campaigns to generate leads.
Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends.
Minimum 12th Pass; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in field sales (broadband, telecom, or FMCG preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Familiarity with the local geography is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining sales reports.
