Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling on-ground operations, maintaining client relationships, ensuring task completion, and supporting overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites as per schedule and perform assigned tasks efficiently.

• Handle installations, inspections, verifications, and on-site servicing (depending on service vertical).

• Maintain accurate records of field activities and submit regular reports to the supervisor.

• Interact with clients professionally to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of work.

• Collect and deliver documents, materials, or feedback as required.

• Ensure compliance with company and client protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred.

• Proven experience in field operations, service, or similar roles (preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks independently.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, GPS, and mobile apps for reporting and navigation.
