Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground tasks such as client verification, document collection, follow-ups, coordination with the back-office team, and ensuring smooth file processing and recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for file collection, verification, and documentation.

• Coordinate with clients for pending documents or signatures.

• Conduct physical verifications (address, vehicle, etc.) as required.

• Handle field collections and follow up on EMI defaults or dues.

• Support the sales and back-office teams by completing field-related tasks on time.

• Submit daily reports on field visits and updates to the reporting manager.

• Ensure timely PDD (Post Disbursement Document) clearance.

• Assist in insurance formalities, RTO works, and other compliance processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred.

• Basic understanding of finance or loan processes is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.

• Must be punctual, honest, and responsible.
