We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive with a strong background in PVC wall panels or related building materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in the assigned territory.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for PVC wall panels.
Identify and meet potential customers including interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, and retailers.
Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate product benefits and applications.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and territory analysis.
Proven experience (2+ years) in field sales, specifically in PVC wall panels or related products (e.g., decorative panels, laminates, gypsum boards, etc.).
Strong network within the construction, interior design, or building material industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.
