Responsibilities:
1.Business Development:
○ Identify and prospect new clients in the market through field visits, networking,
and market research.
○ Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
○ Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients,
providing personalized attention to meet their interior design needs.
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
○ Understand the needs and preferences of clients to provide tailored interior
design solutions.
○ Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present interior design services,
concepts, and ideas.
○ Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and address any
concerns or additional requirements.
3. Market Analysis:
○ Stay updated on current market trends in interior design, competitor offerings,
and customer preferences.
○ Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team to help
refine sales strategies.
4. Lead Conversion & Closing Sales:
○ Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
○ Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
○ Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales leads to secure contracts and
business deals.
5. Documentation & Reporting:○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, proposals, and client
communications.
○ Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, tracking progress,
challenges, and customer feedback.
○ Ensure all sales documentation (contracts, proposals, etc.) is properly filed and
stored.
6. Customer Satisfaction:
○ Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure
client satisfaction.
○ Address client queries and resolve any issues that arise during the project’s
initiation phase.
○ Work closely with the project execution team to ensure smooth transitions from
sales to project execution.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
○ Work closely with the design and project teams to understand product offerings
and accurately communicate these to clients.
○ Ensure alignment with company goals, policies, and customer expectations
during project handover.
