Visit potential and existing customers to present products and close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools or sales reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth post-sale service.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
