Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
1. Recruit, train, and motivate agency partners to achieve sales targets.
2. Provide ongoing coaching and support to agency partners to improve their performance.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Business Development:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the APC channel.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue generation.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Performance Management:
1. Set clear goals and objectives for agency partners and track their performance.
2. Provide regular feedback and coaching to agency partners on their performance.
3. Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
2. Act as a point of contact for agency partners and address their concerns.
3. Represent the company's interests in a professional and ethical manner.
