Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door field visits in assigned areas to generate new leads and acquire customers for cable and internet services.
Present and explain product offerings, service features, pricing, and promotional packages to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate packages to meet their requirements.
Collect and verify customer documentation for new service activation.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the management.
Identify potential customers through cold calling, area mapping, referrals, and on-ground promotions.
Maintain a pipeline of active leads and follow up with potential customers regularly.
Convert prospects into long-term customers through effective persuasion and consistent follow-up.
Provide post-sale support including installation coordination and initial service guidance.
Handle basic customer queries or escalate issues to the technical/support team.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers for upselling or referrals.
v Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily sales reports, area visit logs, customer feedback, and lead status updates to the Sales Manager.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of customer forms and KYC documents.
Use CRM or mobile app (if provided) for real-time updates and reporting.
Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the assigned area.
Gather market insights and share them with the internal team for strategy improvement.

Requisite Skills:
👨🎓 Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduation preferred.
🧠 Experience: 5–6 years in direct sales/field sales preferred (Fresher with good communication can also apply).
🗣️ Skills: Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English; convincing and negotiation skills.
🚶♂️ Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally on a daily basis within Malad East and nearby areas.
📱 Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of broadband and cable TV services is a plus.
📋 Other: Own smartphone for communication and tracking purposes; two-wheeler is an advantage.
In-depth understanding of the real estate market and buyer behaviour.
