Sales & Business Development:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential clients.
Promote and sell products to retailers, contractors, builders, and dealers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to clients.
Address customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market conditions.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and campaigns.
Order & Payment Management:
Ensure timely order placement and delivery coordination.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure collection as per company policies.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
Update CRM or sales software with customer interactions and sales progress.
Participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1 years of experience in field sales, preferably in paints, FMCG, or building materials.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales CRM software.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
