• Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to clients.

• Address customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market conditions.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and campaigns.

Order & Payment Management:

• Ensure timely order placement and delivery coordination.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure collection as per company policies.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.

• Update CRM or sales software with customer interactions and sales progress.

• Participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
