Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the respective regions. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing them with tailored water treatment solutions.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the water treatment or related industry.
Freshers : Young and Energetic candidates are invited .
Skills: o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. o Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Location: This position requires the candidate to be based in or willing to relocate to Noida/Delhi/Lucknow/Chandigarh
Travel: Frequent travel within the assigned region is required.
