JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation
2) Meeting sales targets of multiple payments solutions such as QR code, Sound Box, EDC/card swipe machine, point of sales software, insurance and other financial products
3) Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at client locations
4) Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention
5) Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on competitor
6) moves as feedback for product enhancements enable digital payments at unorganized retailers by on-boarding new retailers & make them understand the complete payments
acceptance process and its benefits.
7) Visit existing merchant and resolve if merchant having any issue
8) 1-3 Years of relevant experience from Telecom, banking, Retail, Wallet , E commerce
9) Fresher candidates with good sales acumen are welcome for the profile.
REQUIREMENTS
Sales experience required, preferably in QR, technology or retail operation and payment processing.
Basic understanding and knowledge of POS machines and their applications, CRM Software.
Basic technical aptitude, with the ability to learn and understand technical aspects of POS machines.
Minimum Bachelor Degree qualifications required in Sales, Marketing and preferrable in computer science and IT background.
