Company Introduction:
Preheal is digital health start-up. Preheal Innovations Private Limited is an organization which primarily focuses on preventive healthcare services and related products & technology. We also work in wellness and beauty domain since they have a direct and indirect affect on the health of an individual. Our current start-up initiative is Preheal-India Ka Total Health which is based on the principle of continuum of care and also addresses non-health issues during the whole process. It will address a major problem of the quality and hassle less healthcare and make healthcare process an comfortable phase rather than stressed and tense.
We strive to bring healthcare to the reach of everybody with complete services from onset of the disease till the recovery of the patient i.e. full healthcare during the life cycle of the patient.
Our Start-up is certified by India Start-up and recognized by Ministry of Industries- Bihar Start-up. We were part of Drishti Cohort of IIM, Kashipur and currently incubated at Chandragupta Institute of Management, Patna.
Summary:
We're looking for a Sales Executive Specialist to join our team at Preheal. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership qualities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Marketing Lead Generation, Business Development And Hard core Sales of (B2B) &(B2C).
Key Responsibilities:
Selling Health Cards and All Company Products.
Sales - Executive Have to Visit Corporates and Field Sales
Cold calling and Visiting to Client place as per the requirement.
Responsible for Hard core Sale and managing the end-to-end operations of the brand and doing Sale campaigns.
Always Ready with New Sales Strategy.
Sales – Executive will be responsible for managing the B2B &B2C sales of the brand.
Sales - Executive Graduation with Minim 2 Years of Experience in Sales Executive.
Sales - Executive must be Highly Self Motivated & Ready to face new challenges.
Responsible for Sales of Our Product & Achieve Monthly Target.
Sales - Executive must be committed to Complete Given Target which Will be Given by Reporting Manager.
Sales - Executive will be Responsible for Revenue generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Graduation Degree in Marketing Communication or equivalent
· 2+ years of experience.
· Ability to work under Pressure
· Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
· Should have good communication skills.
· Should be very confident and presentable.
· Should have good Regional communication skills.
· Should be very confident and presentable.
· Energy levels should be high.
· Fixed salary + High incentives.
· Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred.
· Should be very confident and presentable.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Ms Office and Google sheet
Experience in the healthcare industry.
