Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in the local market (corporates, travel agencies, tour operators, individual clients).
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients by understanding their travel needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies and regular follow-ups.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the company’s travel offerings, services, and promotions to present compelling solutions to clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Support: Assist clients with bookings, inquiries, and post-sales support to ensure a seamless experience.
Event Participation: Represent the company at travel trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of the travel industry, including popular destinations, travel packages, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Valid driver’s license (if required for the role).
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales platforms.
Familiarity with the local market and its unique travel needs.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
