This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and securing new business loan clients by identifying potential borrowers, understanding their needs, presenting loan solutions, and negotiating terms to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships within the guidelines of the company's lending policies.
· Generating Leads: Researching and identifying potential customers through online searches, database, business networking and referrals.
· Qualifying Leads: Evaluating leads by Outbound calls/ Email promotion / LinkedIn or WhatsApp marketing.
· Making Corporate Sales Calls: Visiting Corporate Clients for sales pitch, negotiating deals, and close sales.
· Funnel Creation: Developing customer funnel and managing the sales pipeline.
· Communicating with potential customers: Account management of B2B customers.
· Analysing Competitors: Summarizing competitor information and trends to identify sales opportunities.
· Creating Reports: Generating monthly reports and presentations with sales data
· Collaborating with team members: Working closely with other team members
· Experience in any CRM is an added advantage.
Experience Required
· Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a B2B Sales and Business Development
· Bachelor's degree in any domain
· Experience in Services or Saas Sales or Fintech Service experience.
· Experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development role.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Business Development with direct corporate enterprise experience, especially in the IT industry
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Personal Conveyance to commute in field
