We're now expanding our on-ground presence and are looking for driven individuals to help us grow our network.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Field Sales Executive to drive sales and brand presence across sanitaryware shops, showrooms, and dealer networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sanitaryware industry and a proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships.
Identify and generate new leads through field visits to sanitaryware shops, showrooms, hardware dealers, and builders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, dealers, and distributors.
Promote the brand and present our product range to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Regularly visit existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Submit regular reports on sales activity, market feedback, and customer requirements.
Work closely with the sales team and marketing department for promotions and campaigns.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, hardware, tiles, or building materials.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel.
Knowledge of local market and dealer networks is a strong advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or sales reporting tools.
