Job Description:
1.Installation:
Keep Track of Dispatched Machines Reaching Customers & Plan Installation in Consultation with Customer. Check for any site requirement & send mail to the customer, and arrange a service engineer.
Send Mail to customer / Call to check satisfactory completion of installation & inform contact details for any future service requirement.
2.Trial:
Keep track of trials to be done & Coordinate with the Sales Engineer & Service Engineer to arrange trials.
To conduct a trial of oil samples received from customers.
3.Service:
Plan & Keep Track of the service engineer's daily visits. Make Monthly Report.
Keep track of service calls & confirm whether warranty or chargeable.
4.Service Tickets:
Service Ticket Management
Proficient in creating and managing service tickets for machine maintenance and repairs.
Demonstrated ability to accurately document machine issues, including detailed descriptions and troubleshooting steps
