Job Description: Key Account Manager (KAM)
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our GPay team. This role is purely field sales-oriented, where you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
○ Identify and acquire new key accounts in the designated region.
○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
○ Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients and pitch GPay solutions. ○ Demonstrate product features, highlighting its benefits to key decision-makers. ○ Develop strategies to grow merchant transactions and maximize revenue. ○ Ensure merchants are on boarded smoothly, and address any issues in implementation.
○ Prepare and maintain sales reports, KPIs, and progress on merchant acquisition targets.
○ Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
● 1-2 years of sales experience(SMB) in field sales, account management, digital payments/fintech, or similar roles.
● Ideal fitment will be candidate with KAM Background (Fintech, FMCG, Insurance background would be highly preferable)
● MBA freshers will also be considered.
● Mandatory Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Key Expectations:

Compensation:
● CTC: ₹3 to 3.6 LPA (Fixed)
