Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for VOIP, Voice, and SMS solutions in enterprise markets.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide tailored solutions to meet client communication needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor and forecast sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
Strategic Planning
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design effective sales strategies.
Contribute to the development of pricing models and service bundles to enhance competitiveness.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and implementation.
Liaise with technical teams for accurate feasibility and pricing.
Requirements Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecom, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in telecom sales, focusing on VOIP, Voice, or SMS solutions for enterprise clients.
Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of VOIP, SIP, SMS gateways, and other enterprise communication technologies.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
