JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads by reaching out to potential clients.
Present, promote, and sell software products to customers using solid sales techniques.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in target regions.
Understand the pain points of the clients & Provide tailored solutions to meet client
needs and requirements.
Negotiate with clients and close leads efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, product development) to
ensure smooth customer onboarding and Customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
Conduct field sales for Petrosoft & Restrosoft products.
Visit 7 units per day to generate sales and build relationships.
Conduct 2 product demos per day to potential customers.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain daily sales reports and update to lead about day progress.
Meet sales targets and contribute revenue growth.
Targets based work Environment.
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
Bike & Laptop – Mandatory for daily field visits.
0-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in B2B sales, software or industrial
products).
Proficiency in Indian languages (English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and
Malayalam) preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong target-driven approach.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Travel extensively and work in a dynamic sales environment.
Training & Assessment:
22-day training program on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer
engagement.(WFH)
An assessment will be conducted at the end of the training to determine qualified
candidate for the role.
