We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to lead our Veterinary Division. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales across India, building a new team, and ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
Team Building & Leadership:
Lead the recruitment and development of a new sales team including RSMs, ASMs, and Medical Representatives.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team across different territories.
Sales & Market Expansion:
Plan and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to launch and promote new veterinary products.
Field Coordination:
Regularly coordinate with field staff to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct joint field visits with RSMs, ASMs, and MRs to support and guide them.
Engage in periodic visits to Veterinary Doctors (Dr. Visits) to build strong professional relationships and product awareness.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor sales performance and provide timely reports to senior management.
Review team performance and provide feedback and mentoring.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the supply chain, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure timely availability and compliance of products.
Experience: 8–13 years in veterinary or pharmaceutical sales with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
