Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and sell QR codes and Soundboxes to merchants, retailers, and small businesses. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, onboarding merchants, and driving digital payment adoption in assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard new merchants by pitching QR code and Soundbox payment solutions.

• Product Demonstration: Educate merchants on the benefits of QR-based transactions and Soundbox usage.

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and drive transactions.

• Market Research: Gather insights on competitor offerings and suggest improvements.

• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued usage and service support.

• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper KYC and document submission as per company policies.

• Field Visits: Conduct regular market visits to onboard merchants and resolve queries.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in field sales .

• Communication Skills: Good verbal and negotiation skills in local language and Hindi/English.

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital payments (UPI, QR codes, and Soundboxes).

• Other Requirements:

  • Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler (if required for field visits).

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
