Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales leads, build client relationships, and promote our paint products and services within designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting regular visits to prospective clients to introduce our paint products and services.
2. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Understanding client needs and providing appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
5. Negotiating sales contracts and terms with clients to achieve sales targets.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
7. Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
8. Attending industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote products.
9. Keeping abreast of industry developments and product innovations to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
MBA in Marketing (Freshers Welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
A valid driving license is preferred.
