Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Executive at Paytm, you will be responsible for onboarding and servicing merchants, promoting Paytm's suite of payment solutions (QR codes, Soundbox, EDC machines), and driving adoption and transactions at ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit local shops, markets, and business establishments to onboard merchants to the Paytm ecosystem.
Sell and activate Paytm products like QR Code, Soundbox, and EDC (card swipe) machines.
Ensure seamless installation and training of merchants on using Paytm services.
Achieve daily/monthly targets for merchant acquisition and transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants for repeat business and referrals.
Collect feedback and insights from the field to improve products and services.
Ensure timely reporting through CRM or assigned reporting tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years in field sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Two-wheeler and Android smartphone mandatory.
Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and negotiation ability.
Basic understanding of smartphones and digital payment apps.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
