Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for selling products and services in person, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Gather market and customer information and provide feedback to the sales and marketing team.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor activity.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer needs.
