Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve district sales targets.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
-Set and track sales goals for individual team members and the overall district.
-Ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue and performance targets.
Team Leadership & Development
-Train, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their performance.
-Provide regular training and performance evaluations to team members.
-Foster a high-performance sales culture through motivation, recognition, and accountability.
Customer Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clientsand stakeholders.
-Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Work with sales representatives to develop customized solutions for clients.
Operational & Financial Management
-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for the district.
-Analyze sales reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other data to drive business decisions.
-Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
-Minimum graduation in any field
-Proven experience as a District Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in Industry-Specific Experience, in FMCG only.
-MBA or additional sales certifications are a plus.
-Willingness to travel within the district as needed.
