Job Purpose:

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and supervising field staff at multiple project or client locations. This includes ensuring task execution, monitoring team performance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining regular communication with office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination:

Coordinate and supervise field staff deployed at different client sites. Ensure tasks are executed as per company and client expectations.

Site Visits:

Conduct regular visits to assigned locations to monitor attendance, assess the quality of work, and ensure staff compliance with safety and company policies.

Staff Training and Support:

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members to improve performance and skill levels. Handle site-level concerns promptly. Address minor issues on-site and escalate major problems to the operations manager or senior management. Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports including attendance, work progress, incidents, and staff performance metrics. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, uniforms, and other company assets. Report any damage or loss immediately. Ensure that all team members strictly follow company rules, client standards, and legal/regulatory guidelines, including health and safety protocols.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computers – MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, etc.

Fluency in local language(s); basic understanding of English.

Preferred Skills:

Time management and team coordination.

Knowledge of field operations, equipment handling, or relevant sectoral expertise (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, facility management, etc.).

Strong problem-solving ability and proactive decision-making.

Customer-centric and disciplined approach.

Knowledge of attendance tracking or workforce management tools is an added advantage.

Facilities Provided:
