Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of products, including payroll solutions, biometric attendance systems, CCTV cameras, and other security and automation products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for payroll and security system solutions.
Pitch products, give demos, and explain features and benefits.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with technical teams for product customization and support.
Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Create marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Tech background preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing of tech products or B2B solutions.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic technical understanding of attendance systems, CCTV, and payroll software is a plus.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
