Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for UPVC products, including windows, doors, and building materials, within designated territories.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of UPVC products, market trends, and competitor offerings. Provide customers with expert advice on product selection.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management.
Lead Generation: Actively prospect new clients via cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, prepare quotes, and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and feedback from clients to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in the UPVC or related building materials industry.
Strong understanding of UPVC products, including windows, doors, and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer needs effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in B2B sales or dealing with contractors and builders.
Familiarity with the construction industry and building materials market.
