Role & responsibilities
Leads will be provided by the company; ability to convert leads effectively
Meet potential clients and explain Health & Life Insurance products
Close leads provided by the company through face-to-face meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities
Provide accurate product information and guidance to clients based on their needs
Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize conversions
Maintain detailed records of sales performance and client interactions
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in one organization
Domain knowledge in Health & Life Insurance products
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
BQP qualification will be an added advantage
