2. So your designation will be UNIT manager and the product is Life insurance and it's an Agency channel
Your role will be you have to recruit a team by yourself using your contacts, by your known network (they are known as advisors or agents) . They can be any students, medical representatives ,housewives etc. You have to sell polices through them (using your team ) . This team will get commission for that and you will get fixed salary+ mobile+travelling allowances if you achieve targets you will get incentives . If you don't achieve targets your salary won't get effected it since it is a fixed salary. If any customer gives you an appointment you have to visit that customer for explanation of product and for further documentation along with agent
