Role Description:

• Agent Recruitment & Business Growth:

  • Recruit agents through various sources to achieve business targets.

  • Execute the organizational strategy to drive desired business results.

  • Expand and sustain the existing business base by strengthening relationships with channel partners.

• Training & Development:

  • Train and develop recruited agents to enhance productivity and sales performance.

  • Ensure agents are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Client & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and enhance service levels for existing clients to ensure long-term business retention.

  • Conduct follow-ups and coordinate with stakeholders for approvals, payouts, and administrative processes.

• New Business Development:

  • Explore and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.

  • Increase the organizational market share by acquiring new clients and expanding the agent network.

• Process Improvement & Market Analysis:

  • Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance business opportunities.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to drive strategic growth.
