G. K. & Sons Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., is one of the largest and reputed auto spare parts & Industrial Lubricants distribution house in Central India, invites applications for the Industrial Visits for ExxonMobil - one of leading Lubricant brand globally.

Responsibilities

• Make Industrial visits for potential Customer identification and building team accordingly for region wise management of the business.

• Ensuring to conduct Lube Clinics

• Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together

• Annual Target need to be achieved for Sales

• Segment wise target to be monitored

• Outstanding need to be monitored and collection to be done as per company policy

• Need to ensure inventory level as per company norms

• Report sharing to be done on regular basis with the Principal Company (ExxonMobil)

• Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace

• Leading the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy

• Creating and implementing the company or organization’s vision and mission

• Evaluating the work of other executives within the company and providing them assistance.

• Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized

• Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable
